DK Environmental was founded in November 1999 to assist businesses in regulatory compliance when dealing with releases associated with petroleum products.

Our primary goal is to achieve "NOFA" status for your project. No Further Action status re-establishes property value, allowing you to get back to business without fear of further enviromental issues that tie up your property, time and resources. Securing NOFA means that you have complied with the MDNR, demonstrating that all risks to humans and the environment have been adequately assessed and evaluated in accordance with the Missouri Risk Based Corrective Action (MRBCA) guidelines and requirements.

Our approach is simple, yet inclusive.  We first evaluate your site to determine the best course of action.  We then lay out a plan that will achieve NOFA.  The plan is designed to achieve NOFA in the least possible time and with the least amount of out-of-pocket costs for our clients.  We maintain a network  of resources, such as geologists, hydrogeologists, engineers, clean-up contractors environmental drillers and laboratories to design a plan specific for your site and corporate needs.
